At Your Service
Michael Lund is the owner of Lund Life Transitions. As he makes a living in real estate, his business model is to build good will in the community, earning trust and delighting his clients and partners consistently so that they will entrust referrals of friends and family to him for years to come. He does not accept kick-backs from non-real-estate professionals he refers you to because he wants your solution to be tailored to your needs rather than his. Instead, he lives by the motto: “A rising tide lifts all ships.” Co-operating and co-marketing with businesses and organizations that serve bereaved families is better for everyone – especially those families.
Michael retired from more than a quarter-century career in computer software because he felt drawn to a life calling that would give him more opportunity to connect meaningfully with people, which has always been his passion. This life calling now brings him to your service. He has become a resource for individuals and families dealing with settling an estate, who historically have been under-served.
Michael’s family is his greatest achievement in life. Wife, Chizuko, is a native of Japan and throughout her life has held a special spot in her heart for young people and the elderly. Together, they have two awesome children, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and a spunky grandson, and they eagerly await the arrival of a granddaughter.
Michael gives liberally of his time to his church congregation and to community causes. He is an avid genealogist and has been thrilled to connect with living relatives all over the world. In Michael’s view, every generation has such a great legacy of experience that should be recorded and captured before it is lost. He is a pianist because his parents didn’t give up on him when he was a teenager.
